We stand behind our products!
We think you’re going to love your Miswak Sticks. However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item(s) within 60 days of purchase.

Returns & Exchanges
Returns are refunded to the original payment method (original shipping costs are not refunded).
Exchanges ship free and are offered on products of equal value only. Only U.S. & Canadian orders are eligible for exchanges.
Returns and exchanges are processed promptly, usually within 3-5 business days of receipt.
If you purchased more than 1 Miswak kit, all products within the bundle must be returned—partial refunds will not be issued.
NaturalMiswak! monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. All returns are subject to validation and approval at NaturalMiswak’s sole discretion.

Order Cancellation & Modifications
We’ll process your orders promptly so it arrives as quickly as possible.
We will do our best to accommodate requests to cancel or modify an order within one hour after an order is placed; cancellations and modifications are not possible after an order has been processed.
For security purposes, we are unable to redirect a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return.
We cannot retroactively apply a discount code to an order. The discount code must be entered at checkout to receive the current promotion or discount.
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
